Prime Location; well run; small pet permitted; active clubhouse & workshop. All amenities within walking distance. Units from 1,000 sq. ft. up to 2,000 sq. ft. - 1 older building and 2 newer buildings [3 in total consisting of 171 suites]. Luxury suites in newer buildings. Friendly atmosphere.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on October 1 2010: it is not just adults we have a mix of ages in all three buildings unregistered user on January 25 2011: I see some listings showing the complex as "19+" as well. Also, is it elevator serviced? unregistered user on January 28 2015: are there any rentals in this building unregistered user on November 21 2017: any rentals....what is the selling price for a 2bed unit unregistered user on November 30 2018: Its mostly grumpy seniors that live there.
