I pity anyone who rents or God forbid buy a condo in this building. The sound from the condos above, below, or on the side of unit is enough to drive a renter or owner insane!!!!!!! There is zero sound proofing between floors of these units. Partying by college students is on going and non-stop. You can not open your windows because the smell of pot is overwhelming. The noise from people running up and down stairs, the garage door opening and closing and the side door to stairs slamming continuously will keep you awake most nights and early mornings, I suggest having ear plugs if you want to get any sleep.
