Yes, Jim. I agree with you regarding the maerkt. Buyers are buying more now than they have been in the last four years. But there are still homes and condos that are taking longer to sell because they are not priced right or they don't show well. It' s a great maerkt for the well priced, show quality homes.Buyers are lucky in that there are still some great choices out there.Thanks for stopping by!
