"Purchase prices"

We are looking to purchase a retirement home in a gated community. Sun Village have very nice amenities, ie pool, hot tub, pool tables etc. The prices of all the homes at over priced for the area. We found that there are some hidden costs on some of the homes, as a lease payment on the water features. As much as we would like to live there lease payment make the cost way over our budget.
