I have been in this building and it is pretty low end in my opinion. There are definately much nicer condos in the area. This looks like a hospital or something from the outside and very old looking in the inside. These condos are definately cheaper than the nicer stuff in the area. And the other good thing is the area. Close to everything by Lougheed Mall.

Building has undergone fair bit of renovations over the years, exterior was recently redone and painted. Older building, with large hallways, but you get what you pay for. Building looks to be well maintained just needs new carpets.
New carpets, tiles, complete painting in and out after 2010. The elevators are retro fitted in 2015 just to mention a few upgrades. Great place for first time buyers or seniors in my opinion!
