I would highly recommend not doing any purchases here - old security (KEYS) - people who live here just let anyone in. The secure parking garage HA HA atleast once a week a car is broken into - and they found HOMELESS people living in the garage. Even after the remodel of the outside the windows still get water buildup and not very well insulated. I know people who rent there just cause it is cheap and a nice neighborhood drug dealer lives in the building. Unless the price is low for the one your looking at or you dont care how you live - go ahead and buy it.
