"Quality and Size Lacking"

I had a friend that bought in this complex when it was new. At the time we thought, wow this is a good deal, nice location with a river view etc. There were signs all down Marine Drive advertising that you could own for little down, low monthly payments etc. I almost bought in here myself but after seeing the finished product I am glad I did not. Quality of finishings is OK at best, and the units and common areas just feel small to me. Also, I have heard from the friend I know in the building that there may be some maintenance issues?? Location is not bad although there are not really a lot of services close by.
