"Assesments"

I know someone in this building and have visited on a few occassions. What can I say, some buildings just look like they will have trouble. This one always seemed like a good candidate for a leaky building, no overhangs, stucco appearing stained etc. Not to mention it was built in 1994. Sure, all that does not mean it will be leaky, but guess what, there are assesments of about 40K approved for each unit. Think I would stay away from this one, atleast for now.

$40K! For a 2 BR 1000 s.f. it's over $200K!!! They have left this building to deteriorate for 5-10 years. Now they are forced to do repairs which is practically rebuilding the whole complex.
