"another ignorant strata"

totally prejudiced against responsible dog owners with larger dogs. Who barks the most, small dogs under 18 inches and under 20 lbs. Get your facts on dog behavior or consult a dog trainer to be knowledgeable.

It's a size requirement in the Bylaws. Just like everything else in life it only takes one or two to ruin it for everyone else. Not all dog owners keep their dog on a lease and it can be intimidating when a large dog comes running at you. (I also agree not all small dogs are suited for Condo living)

P.S. - that is why some strata's are creating the Dangerous Breed Bylaw. -- If they are barking all the time; they fall into the Noise Bylaw.
