"Financials Sketchy"

I received the agm minutes, financials, and a couple reports on this building. They've shot down the depreciation reports twice. They have about $100k in their contingency fund (low) Their AGM glosses over the elevator issues, saying it's just minor maintenance required - while the actual engineer report states it's a $300,000 + 15% fees type project that's looming in the next couple years (2014-2015). As their contingency is so low, that means owners'll get hit for the cost of replacement. There are also notes in the engineer reports about potential asbestos issues.
