"V.Good building in a
vibrant community"

It was a good deal when I bought and it is maintaining that value. Great location for walking, biking and transit (or car co-ops) to everything you need. Great Main Street community too - new Mt.Pleasant Community Centre opening up 2 blocks away. Location on busy Broadway is part of convenience, and units on the South side are quiet. Commercial units at street level add to benefit, particularly the inexpensive but excellent take-out sushi! Active and forward-planning Strata council. Major upgrades are planned to replace old carpets and rejuvenate the exterior.
