"GROOOSSS"

ghetto as fuck. infested with rats and other pests. stinky. pooky neighbourhood. almost as bad as main & hastings

"Good building. Good
location. Safe. Quiet.
Pet friendly."

My cousin used to live in this building, for years. It’s clean and quiet (concrete), and his place was on the side facing the college so he didn’t hear the skytrain. The neighbors are mostly young professionals with a couple young families and retired people. Everyone is quiet and friendly, and they keep to themselves. The place is pet friendly so if you’ve got a dog, it’s great. The neighborhood is good. Close to transit. It’s safe at night to walk around, and there are security cameras along the route from skytrain. Previous comments talked about the sketchy neighborhood people, but they’re not trouble makers. There’s an emergency shelter right next door, but everyone I ever saw was friendly and respectful and thankful to have a safe place to stay. Great building, and apparently it’s rainscreened well. If I moved to New West, I’d consider this place for sure.

Downtown New Westminster has changed a great deal in the last decade for the better. The Quay is close by with a river walk, movie theatre at the New Westminster Skytrain Station, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Area is becoming up, and coming. "Rainscreened"

I have to agree with the last review, building is a good building, nice large suites and most importantly has been rainscreeened. The big problem here is the location and there really is nothing you can do about that. You know what they say, location, location, location. Usaully there are some positives or benefits to a location, but in this case I don't see any. The courthouse is nearby in the front of the building, the skytrain runs past the back and there is a large alley in the back that always has pepole hanging out in it.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Location???"

The condo I visited was fine but I'm not too sure about the location. Skytrain is close but don't feel too safe. Shady people walking around and night life close by.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on July 18 2015: I'm assuming the "shady people" refers to the folks at the emergency homeless shelter nearby, but not once have I ever had a problem with them.
