"Acoustic Properties"
First off, I should clarify; I didn't actually visit a unit in the building. However I was driving by a couple of days ago singing along with a Satriani song, and I'm thinking, "I'll never be that good, I should hang it up". Just then, an Eric Johnson song started just as I passed this wonderful, magical condo. It has a fantastic, natural reverb, and I would swear a light chorus (possibly the proximity of the water!) and suddenly I was transported to a place where I could sing beautifully! Look out Steve Perry! Or whatever Perry clone/avatar is in the band today. I can't speak for the acoustics inside the building, but I'm guessing that they're at least as good as on the street. If there are any singers in the building, I'd appreciate your input on this subject! I hope this helps!

"Great upcoming area!"
Nice building. Good value. This area is turning into Vancouver's hidden gem - Near the Drive, near Hastings Sunrise, near transit. Flako

Ritspoot, you are as good as either of those guys. I still don't know anyone who can play "The Things You See" by Allan Holdsworth ...
