Clean and modern interiors, but nothing much beyond that: 1. Cross-ventilation is poor and it can get quite uncomfortable in summer. 2. The unit is advertised as 2 bedroom, but one of the rooms is too small to be counted as a bedroom. 3. Too much of street-noise It does come with in-suite laundry and a fireplace. Certainly not worth $ 1595 for a hole-in-the wall unit.
