"Great view overlooking
the Ottawa River and
Gatineau Hills"
Located in a prime location along Richmond Road and The Ottawa River parkway this building has fantastic views of the river and fabulous sunsets. Residents are mostly retired with a very low number of units rented. Out of 146 units approx. 9 are rental. Quiet, clean, secure and the best Superintendent in Ottawa makes this building a winner.
