"Maintenance contractor a
thief"

The maintenance company for this strata is riping them off. Muira is overcharging and misguiding the Board of director by paying them big money. Beware of this maintenance company who charge big money and do little work. Be careful of you by there the Board is control by Muira, overspending and lying to the owners.
