management company"

So glad we Moved! Property managers run the council if you have a problem you will wait months if ever to have someone take action! My wife was actually told she would have to wait for a reply to her call as the property manager was on vacation!! DO NOT buy here money pit!

Do not buy in Prince Charles Estates! Not well managed!

"Living in the "ESTATES""

Used to be a nice complex, last 6 months however, it has started to go down the drain. Strata council is green and decisions are not always made in the best interest of everyone.
