"Biggest complex"
The biggest complex in all of Fleetwood! Has great value, located near the Fleetwood Community Center, Library and schools. Beautifully landscaped.

It's very rare to find complexes with spacious corner units where you can actually breathe. Most complexes are way too narrow and ugly. Who needs amenity buildings when you've got huge basements and open patios? Montrose is definitely where it's at!
