"Great place to live"

I grew up in this gated townhouse complex and can say it's been nothing but goodness. Townhouses nowadays are expensive and have shrunk in sizes but Regent Gate's townhouse sizes are just great for a small or growing family. Regent Gate was built in the early 1990s but it still retains its beauty. Beautiful landscape, great owners and great strata. Don't expect fancy swimming pools or party room, there are no swimming pools and just a regular common room. 5 minutes walk away from Guildford mall and many other amenities. Grounds are well maintained and the roof have just be retrofitted.
