I did notice from Google earth that this complex eventhough it has a security gate at its 102 Avenue entrance, the Security gate at the 101 Avenue entrance no longer exists. I have to wonder how this place can call itself a gated community with one gate completely removed?

There is actually a gate at the 101 Avenue entrance. It is kept open Monday to Friday in the daytime in order to make it easy for service workers to access the property. At all other times the gate is closed.

I was told that it was left open (6am - 8pm)to make it easier for the owners to get large deliveries. Service workers enter by the front gate. i live there and it is very unsecured.

I live there too. The rear gate on 101 Avenue is open from approximately 7:00 to 7:30 am until approximately 4:30 to 5:00 pm. Delivery vehicles use the rear gate in the daytime and use the intercom at the front gate after hours.
