"Don't Move in!"

We have friends who lived here and this place is a nightmare. It is poorly managed, in a sketchy location and has a fair number of toxic people living there.

"Wonderful old fashioned
sense of community in a
roomy, 3 bedroom,
well-located strata
townhouse"

Wonderful community feeling - relaxed feeling and everyone takes care of each other very well, and only 12 units so not over-crowded. Perfectly located for access to transit and lots to do locally as well. I sold to move to a new community. If I could buy there again I would, especially if I could get unit 4 which is on the east corner and has some fancy extras. But even the second unit floor I was on was nice and felt roomy too.
