"Owners complaint "

No one will submit a comment unless they with many past owners experienced it this is to inform people to make sure they check their paperwork and to make sure council is following the strata law set out by the B C government As we all know this is a known fact in this complex no ax to grind

"Problems with mildew "

This strata and management company does not fill out form B form as required by law to inform new purchasers regarding problems with water and mildew in outside walls. They have been for years have been having this problem with the buildings but Not Declare it in the legal documents. This is against the law to lie and miss inform new purchasers.

Unless it is in all Units, it is not Strata's job. It is the Unit Owner's job to maintain their home. As per the Owner's Manual you are to keep your Unit at a constant temperature during cold months.

If you Own or Owned you know as a Seller it will affect re-sale. The best of my knowledge my Unit is not a problem. (as a potential buyer read "The Minutes" and have an inspection done.

It is the management company that fills out the forms for the council as per councils orders. It is by law they must report any issues with the outside walls regarding water and mildew with the outside envelope of the building owners responsibility is to report the inside of the unit check it out wth your realtor and your lawyer, this problem has existed for years and not reported

This review is totally bogus, as a current resident of this complex. There has only been one unit with this problem, and the owner is aware of it. I suspect this review is from a previous owner who has an unjustified axe to grind. This complex is one of the most in-demand complexes in Langley for a reason, it is an excellent well managed and maintained townhouse complex.
