"Good location (minus the
train)"

Lots of nice people in the building. Lots of dogs too (dog park nearby). Great for transiting (bus stop right in front of the building! How convenient). Friendly cleaning staff on hand. Only downsides can be the proximity to the train tracks. Some suites are louder than others. Most people I know got used to the sound within a month. Otherwise, very bright suites and good appliances.

Just bought one and den facing the train tracks. Only 2 other bidders in this crazy market. I understand it's facing the tracks but sound does not have to be facing you for you to hear it. Tons of apartments along Quayside Dr. I'm sure they all hear it. Even the new condos in downtown will hear it too, either facing water with tracks or city view. Price you pay to have access to waterfront living. Look at original part of False Creek, there's a track there too.
