"Cheap rent, nice place"

I lived in 8151 in a 2 bedroom+den and it is very nice and spacious. After being here for a few days though a few things become apperant immediately. There has been black mold in the corners of rooms and windowsills since I moved in. That was three months ago and as of yet there has been NOTHING done about it. I'm going to have to move if the owners don't fix this. The quality of the air is deplorable. As I said, the rent is cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.
