"Disgusting and poorly
managed."
To summarize, it's an old stinky run down condo that needs to be leveled to make way for new buildings that's managed by an idiotic creep that does not play by the rules set out by the less than adequate management company that just doesn't give a **** about it's customers. Stay away!
