"Neighborhood is full of
gang members"

After a week of living at this condo complex, I learned more about Richmond than I'd ever hoped to. There was a shooting down the road in broad daylight just months before I moved in. Gang related. After moving in, I noticed a few very obviously gang-related individuals living there. The strata council wanted to stay out of it and not get involved, so the strata rules are essentially unenforced. Stay away from this neighborhood.
