"Excellent Condos"

My wife and I live in 8120 and we love it. We have a small unit on the second floor, with a good sized patio facing the adjacent apartment complex. There are big leafy trees in between our buildings for privacy. Although our unit is small, it has 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The floor plan makes excellent use of the small space. We have stainless steel appliances and a nice wood floor (not laminate). Some of the things we love about this place include: 1. Always having hot water for hot showers; and good water pressure too. 2. Never having to wait more than 10 seconds for the elevator. 3. Being close to the Canada Line (it takes about 15 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace). 4. Being close to Richmond Centre. 5. Being far away enough from the Canada Line and Richmond Centre such that we don't get any riffraff in our area (I don't know how much riffraff there actually is at the skytrain and mall; I just know we don't have any in our area). 6. Being across the street from an elementary school (in case we have kids). We would recommend this condo to anybody looking to rent or buy. We both work in Vancouver and would love to move away from Richmond, but it's so hard to give this place up.
