good location, good environment, but HORRIBLE management. Our family moved in several months ago and has already experienced a car break in. This is definitely not the safest place to live in.

It may not be the safest place to live in due to its city centre location, but strata has done its due diligence to secure parking garage and I don't see what else can be done at reasonable cost.
