"bad experience"

totally not sound prove... poor quality, had tough time living on the first floor with loud noises from the top... very bad experience.

My building has the same problem. (built same year) -- In our building it's frustrating because strata doesn't seem to understand how bad it is. (somehow the message has to get to the powers-that-be that there is something wrong with the building code) -- I live on the third floor and can hear the first floor.
