"insider views"
Super likes to mow lawn and blow leaves; doesn't bother with bldg. maintenance; bldg is in bad shape, especially infrastructure/plumbing...many ruinous water leaks. Non-existant security. many units owned by one individual/investor/real estate co. who leases them as unregulated rentals...
