"BUYER BEWARE"
The Sponsor of the portfolio; The Pinnacle Group are questionable.There is currently a federal lawsuit pending against them in the NY Southern Dostroct Court. It is aclass action lawsuit lodged by 21, 000 residents living in building owned and operated by the company. BUYER BEWARE!
