"Pacific Glen - Peace and
Quiet"
This is a lovely building for couples who don't want kids and don't want to listen to other people's kids! An 19 years and over building, it is very quiet and well maintained. No rentals or pets allowed, so all the owners take pride in the property. It had a leaky balcony problem a few years ago - but was fixed and rainscreened - still under waranty. A beautiful courtyard and common area, across the street from Coquitlam Centre, walking distance to the pool, library and city hall.

A Beautiful building. Although there is a pet and age restriction, there have never been any problems with having a cat. Many owners and Strata council members have them and the bylaw has never been enforced. A great place for young couples just starting out. Thick cement walls so you never hear your neighbours. Generally a really nice, relazed vibe.
