"Disappointing low-rise
condo"

Lived here for 4+ years and had to deal with difficult noisy neighbors on the 3rd floor (loud parties, screaming, door slamming). I eventually chose to get out to newer highrise. Maintanance fees very high for the services provided. Criminal element around the building at night.
