"Awesome housing area with

within walking distance."

Just moved in in Dec 2016 and I would say my kids and I truly love the Condo with friendly council members and neighbors (good ratio of different nationality). The Radiant heat and Gas fireplace which is included in the Strata fee kept the hallways and our home nice and warm throughout this crazy Winter. Building is up-to-date with all the maintenance stated in the Depreciation Report and there is a Full-time maintenance guy cleaning the building and monitoring the CCTV. Underground visitors parking, bike cage, washing bay, lockers, A/C outlet on every pillar. Wow! almost everything we need is within walking distance..... transit, shopping, cinema, library, playground, park and quick access to highways 10, 91, 99.
