The elevator rarely works in this building and when it does, there's often a creepy asian guy riding it.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on December 17 2015: I owned a penthouse unit until I sold it about 3 years ago. I owned the place since the very beginning and have seen 1 occurance where elevator broke down. There was however, 3 break-in that happened on the underground garage. Strata management was extremely poor(Baywest) as they did really poor job addressing issue and was very difficult to get a hold of. unregistered user on June 23 2016: I also owned a penthouse. Climbing up 24 floors in a suit after finishing work is not fun. Try calling Baywest, absolutely the worst strata management company I've seen in my life. They get nothing done and I can confirm that there were multiple break-ins. I sold my penthouse about 5 years ago and I am glad that I don't have to deal with this bullshit anymore.
