"13 YEARS AND COUNTING"
Our family has lived at Hartford Woods for over 13 years. We have enjoyed being in the best complex in Surrey and the people who live here. Our social committee holds events within our complex to bring people together in our own little community. A couple of buildings could use paint jobs in their hallways, but we have been lucky with managers that work hard in making sure that our complex is not going to be included in the "leaky condo" category. So although its not quite perfect, we are happy to call it home and will do for some time.

"Pleasant Surprise"
The complex was very nice. The exterior of the building is very nice. It makes a "U" shape and in the middle is a beautiful courtyard with an amenities area. Very nice. The home I saw was very large and faced the courtyard. It was very quiet. The layout was very spacious. Only the common areas, the hallways, in the building looked very dated and old.
