Fraser Gate is a three building complex located at 9763, 9765 and 9767 140th Street.  The 3 buidlings are located close to King George Skytrain station, Simon Fraser University Surrey Campus, Central City mall, Green Timbers Forest, Surrey Memorial Hospital, restaurants & other amenities.  The complex has a nice fountain in the middle of the development and has been updated with rainscreen technology.

"Nice surprise"

I visited this condo and found it to be quite a nice complex. Three buildings. The condo I visited was bigger and nicer than expected. Plus, the complex was closer to Skytrain than I thought as well. The negative is that some units could be noisy being on a corner of busy streets.
