"Ignorant strata council
and very poor building
management"

This building is very poorly managed by NAI Goddard and the strata council. The owners have been cited for discrimination by the Human Rights Tribunal in a case involving marijuana smoke and tobacco smoke which permeated an owner's unit, forcing these owners to move out. The strata council did nothing to help the non-smokers, despite the non-smokers requests for assistance. The BC Human Rights Tribunal found that the strata discriminated against the non-smokers and has ordered the strata to cease the discrimination and to pay a cash award to the non-smokers. So much for healthy living in this building. Don't buy in here, unless you smoke dope yourself.

One sided point of view, very nice building and owners take pride in there building!
