"Great Location"

It is very convenient if you are a big Downtown Fanz. It located only 1.5 block away from Denman Street, and 3 blocks away from Robson. It's super convenient but as well as a lot of privacy since it's not that close to the busy street. It also close to the very affordable priced supermarket No Frill, and the 1.25 Dollar Store. If you also like fine dine in downtown, that's also a super great location to access any of them either on Robson and or Denman. It has almost everything you can think of, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Fastfood like Mcdonald, Burger King... Lots of selection! Building is also well maintained, it was being renovated a couple times due to some accident. But because of that, the internal condition will just like brand new and all renovated and upgraded. So overall, I will say it's a super great building and hot location to stay!
