I purchased a unit at The Presidential in June of 2008. I live in the Northeast but am there almost every month. My unit is a studio on the ocean side. It is a quiet building with a responsive, friendly staff. We have had several assessments in the last 2 years totaling about 4k which is due to the age of the building. But direct beach access in a great neighborhood makes me extremely happy that I am here. My only regret is that I did not purchase a larger unit 3 years ago.
