"Dump"

"Nightmare "

This building is a poorly patched up, falling apart nightmare. The year-long and still ongoing construction was to fix the integrity of the building - apparently concrete has been falling through the walls, same with the underground parking lot. They have drilled, chipped, and patched for months, clumsily painting over the patches which are clearly visible on the outside. The water membrane around the building is currently being worked on, as it was almost pathetic shape. The construction crews do not not respect city bylaws with regards to hours and noise levels, talking to management does not solve anything. The building is unlivable during weekdays, the noise continues into Saturdays, and there is usually some unforeseen disturbance during Sundays. The staircases are dirty and creepy, the hallway carpets are ugly and disgusting, and the ventilation in the building is non-existent. It's a virtual sauna during the summer, and stuffy in the winter as well, it seems that all the air vents are clogged up. DO NOT BUY OR RENT!

"Horrid"

Building manager could care less of inadequacies in the building. Construction noise makes the apartments unlivable during the day, amenities are not provided during construction such as pool. No right to privacy as building workers are working daily on various floors. No follow up with police with break ins...manager maintains they will do nothing.
