"One of the best grounds"

I have looked for a condo from Miami south beach to Fort lauderdale This building has the best value for the money, Has everything close that you need, not over crowded, the resort like grounds are well kept, and very safe given the level of security in and around the building I have decided to buy I'm happily giving this a 5 stare,

"Building has major
problems"

Do yourself and you family a huge favor and RUN from this building. It's a very old building so needless to say it has major major problems. It is the noisiest & worst built place I ever lived. How can I hear not only the people on both sides of me but under & over me talking. I know everything about everyone of the families connected to me cause literally you can hear them talk through these flimsy walls. I cannot believe even 40 years ago they would build a place as bad as the residences in hollywopod F.L. Oh & the air condition is a central cold water cooling system that totally doesn't work. I cannot get my lace under 73 degrees? I have been stuck in the elevator twice. Once the fire department had to come & get me out. The parking in the winter is impossible cause its always full. Cant wait till my lease is up here. Oh & if your thinking of buying or renting in this place let me just tell you every person including myself would never resign a lease here cause of all the problems. Meaning a one year lease is all you can get out of a tenant. I talked to someone that worked here for years and she said never does anyone resign a lease so thats why its full of young kids that party and crank their music all hours of the day and night. I just cant wait till my lease is up thats all i can say. the cable & Internet is satellite so it just doesn't work.

The residences in Hollywood beach Florida is horrible and dangerous.. unregistered user on February 14 2015: I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I ve been living in the building for 3 years. I love it here. I have not experienced so many problems. It must have been that unit you were it. We do hear noises but all condos you will. The staff here is friendly and residences are nice. All of southern Florida is busy in the winter so parking can be alittle busy on the weekends. Valet is happy to park your car if the lot is full It's free The grounds are beautiful the pool is hot and never busy. I really like it here and know a lot of vacationers that keep comming every year and Florida residences that have been here for a long time. unregistered user on February 14 2015: This guy has nothing to do but complain.
