"Mixed rental experience"

Rented unit 17J last winter. Bad smoking smell in the corridor and unfortunately the AC is taking its air in the corridor so bad smell in the unit also. The owner asked for non smoking persons and unfortunately we smoked all the way because of the corridor and smoking neighbours around. The parking is not asphalted all the way so the cars are always dirty. The security is almost inexistant, not 24/7. It doesn't seem that administration is OK. The administration is different and better at the 1500 tower. The gym is separated for men and women and to be renovated for sure. In the units, impossible to wash the windows outside, bad design. To conclude, I would not rent a unit here. Too bad because the area is great!
