"Enjoyable"

I've rented in The Retro for quite some time now, and lived in the top floor of the building. Very well constructed building, lovely amenities, and the design is beautiful. The gym is a great feature, and has saved me from a monthly membership off-site. Once bother has been a minor problem with silverfish. I researched it a bit, and it may be neighbouring units that have been kept too dusty and an infestation has gotten into the walls, and allowed into my unit. I've seen one or two a week since I first moved in. I keep my place very clean, so can only fathom it's in the walls. Ick. Also, the neighbour across the hall smokes and sometimes I can smell it inside my unit. Other than that, no major complaints! I recommend the building. Very good sound isolation, I hardly hear neighbours aside when someone's talking in the hallway.

"Solid Building"

I have owned in the Retro for 3 years now with no problems. Very active strata.
