BELOW DESIRED PROPERTY"

Poor Property Management Group (GENESIS) and HOA Directors. Break-ins, vandalism, assaults, suicides, auto thefts. Buy or rent at own risk. Property Management Group and HOA directors do not support or do anything to insure the safety 0f residents or their homes Over priced home purchase prices. Rental prices based on individual homeowners discretion. Property managed as a apartment complex. No respect for homeowners. Overall Rating based on Property Management Group and HOA Directors.
