"Old buildings with no
sound proofing"

No matter what finishes they put in these units, you will hear apeverything your neighbor does. And they will hear everything you do. The gates are broke more than they work.mthe solutions is to leave them open when they are down. Defeats the purpose of having a gated complex. The garages are too small for even a small pick up. The sidewalks are coming apart, and are under water when it rains more than a sprinkle.
