"Leaky Condo History?"

I have a good friend that owns a unit in the Boulevard Club in Surrey which they told me was a Boffo Project. This was a leaky condo and they were tied up for years in court fighting Boffo over it. As well there is a building on the site that was the sales centre and was supposed to be turned into a clubhouse. Boffo never did it and it still sits empty today. Again, this is information form an owner so I cannot personally verify it, but have no reason to think it is not true. If it is, NICE! Would be nice to find a developer that keeps their word, but that is not easy to do.smrtovnica smrtovnice
